Blue House Getaway

This past weekend I was blessed to spend some time seeking adventure away from home with my friends. We had a great time exploring Binningup, Harvey, and surrounds. Here's a few captures of some of our travels... I'm so privileged to have some amazing friends, and to have the opportunity to spend quality time together!

The school kids (and teachers) are on holidays, so this afternoon I took Maree, Marius, and his friend Tyler to the park. Despite the cold weather we braved some delicious ice-cream and then played some soccer.

These cute boys spent all day playing with Lego yesterday... And I had a go at changing aperture and capturing some of their imagination (although that was limitless). Something to do with bad guys and shooting cannons and ships and battles and allies... :)

Starting Something New

I recently bought a new camera, a Canon 600D. So as I get used to DLSR photography, I hope to blog my journey. I only use very basic editing techniques, if any, but that may change if I pursue photography further in the future.
